Shelley Dooley, Professional Life Coach

My property management career started in Leasing, then Assistant Manager, then crossed over to an Ops/Maintenance side as QA Manager.  I reported to the Director and tracked the maintenance trends, spot-checked work orders and helped solve maintenance-related resident complaints while providing valuable insights to the corporate team for process improvements. Then I crossed back to the office side as Community Manager. Combined with my extensive training in Conflict Resolution, Customer Service and the techniques used in Life Coaching, I can bring valuble insights to your team- improving job satisfaction and resident satisfaction.
