Christian Life Coach
What I do...
I help Christian women who live with consistent anxiety and doubts to overcome those fears by drawing closer to God. Naturally tapping into your strengths and interests, we’ll find ways that are organic and fun for you to deepen that relationship with God so you’ll be confident and ready to reach for the dreams and goals He places on your heart!
A faith-fueled life...
I grew up in Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Human Development and Family Relationships. Upon graduation I became a Lead Teacher in the 2-year-old classroom where I had worked part time during college. After 3 years with toddlers all day, I embarked on a new adventure into the (very) unknowns! All my friends were getting engaged and planning their futures with their spouse; but the Spirit prompted me to head out to the mission field.
I spent 9 years in Poland as a single missionary (from 2005-2014), living in 2 different cities (Poznan and Gdansk) and working with 2 different ministries (Reliant Mission and Avant Ministries). Facing burnout at the end of my time commitment in the second city, I followed the advice of my leader and headed back to the States for a time of renewal and to re-focus.

Career Transitions
I had to figure out how to provide for myself when my main resume skill was "missionary" and when I felt I had virtually nothing to give. My dependence on God reached a new height as I navigated odd jobs for a couple years and focused on renewing my soul.
Then through a series of open doors (and lots of God!), I landed in property management where I had renewed joy in getting to talk to all the new people who walked into our Leasing Center every day.
I met my husband in 2019, leading me to move to Louisiana (a state I had never even really visited!) and we got married in 2020. A couple more years in property management -but this time on a military base- taught me I was ready for a break from residents who only called when they were angry. I was teetering on the edge of burnout again and needed something completely different.
Following another open door, I got into IT recruitment, having neither experience in IT or recruitment! Being a fast learner, though, I jumped right in and loved being able to help people find their dream jobs! This went great until the economy slowed considerably and many recruitment companies had to downsize or shut down. God began stirring in my heart months before I was laid off, preparing the way for me to pursue my next career in Christian Life Coaching.
