Choose from various topics. Open Groups, People may vary by session. Attend 1 or all sessions in a topic. Pay only for sessions you attend. Dates and times may vary, as we need 3 person minimum to hold a group. Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before the scheduled event. Coach will wait for 10 minutes after a session starts. If the client does not join the session by 10 minutes into it; and has not canceled or rescheduled, the session will not be refunded.
